Talks & Poster Sessions
The talks will take place in IMB‘s Hubertus Liebrecht Auditorium. The poster sessions will be set up in the Atrium and Foyer
Catering
Food and drinks will be served in the Atrium at designated times according to the programme.
Health and Safety
Smoking is prohibited in the IMB building.
Do not enter any restricted areas or the laboratories unless instructed to do so.
First Aid Kit and Defibrillator (AED) are available at the reception desk in the Foyer.
Please report all accidents to the conference staff.

Internet
Wi-Fi is available in the building and on campus using the Uni-Mainz network with the event specific user name and password provided in your conference booklet. Also available is the eduroam network (secure, worldwide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community).
Family Room
There is a family room available during the conference for use for childcare or nursing. Please speak to our conference staff for more information.

If you need to print your train tickets or boarding passes, please send an email to sfb1361@imb.de. We will inform you to pick up the printouts at the reception once it is ready.

Photography
During the conference, an IMB photographer will take a group photo and other photos to document the meeting. The photos may be used for future marketing and communication purposes in web and in print.
