If you are travelling by car, please use the free parking lots within walking distance to IMB (5-7 min):

• Parkplatz Dalheimer Weg (Dalheimer Weg 1, 55128 Mainz)

Mainz can be easily accessible via train to the Mainz Main Station (Mainz Hbf) or via flights to Frankfurt International Airport or Frankfurt Hahn Airport.

If you are arriving at Frankfurt International Airport, you would need to continue your journey to Mainz Main Station by train (travel time: ca. 40 minutes):

• S8 in the direction of Wiesbaden Hbf
• RE2 in the direction of Koblenz Hbf
• RE3 in the direction of Saarbrücken Hbf

If you are arriving at Frankfurt Hahn Airport, you would need to continue your journey to Mainz Main Station by bus (travel time: ca. 75 minutes).

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and needs to be self-organised by the participants.

Participants are offered special rates for rooms at the hotels listed below for the duration of the conference by using the given keyword when making reservations directly with the hotel. The room contingent is limited, provided on a first-come-first-serve basis, and each reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.

Please note that the hotels named are just a selection of many which can be found in the Mainz region and the organisers cannot be held responsible for availability and/or level of service. If you are planning to stay in Mainz directly, it is recommended to reserve your accommodation as soon as possible.
