Please note that the conference management system Converia handles the processing of registration and abstract submission in the name of and on behalf of IMB. Cancellation Policy
Invoice changes or transfers afterwards are charged with a 20 EUR fee.
If the attendee no longer wishes to participate in the event, termination of the contract has to be given in writing or by e-mail to sfb1361@imb.de.
In the event of a cancellation up to 6 weeks before the event, the attendance fee will be fully refunded minus a service charge of 50 EUR.
In the event of a cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the attendance fee will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event, no refunds are given.
If the attendee cannot attend the event due to health reasons or an accident, they can appoint somebody to attend in their place. A service charge of 20 EUR applies.
